NASHVILLE, Tenn. – June 7, 2006 - Lee Roy Parnell invited songwriters Donnie Fritts and Gary Nicholson to be his guests when he hosted an episode of “Music City Connection: Heroes Behind the Hits.” “Music City Connection” showcases songwriters of all genres who live, work and record in Nashville. The show, produced by the Nashville Convention & Visitors Bureau, was recorded June 7 at Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Club at the Gaylord Entertainment Center and broadcast on XM Satellite Radio during the CMA Music Festival, June 8-11.
