September, 2010:  After taking the summer off, the "Lee Roy and Friends" show resumed and it was bigger and better.  This monthly show was such a success last year that after the summer hiatus, the show has moved to a larger venue.  The Hardrock Cafe on Broadway in Nashville will be the new home of the monthly "Lee Roy and Friends" show.  After Lee Roy and his band played a fantastic set of Lee Roy hits, musical guests Chuck Cannon, JD Souther and Lari White were spectacular as they joined Lee Roy on stage.  AS IF this lineup wasn't enough, Delbert McClinton and KebMo, who were in the audience, joined the group on stage for one fantastic night of music which left the audience counting the days until the October "Lee Roy and Friends" show which is scheduled for October 19th.

Lee Roy has been busy writing this past year and has had the privilege of putting pen to paper with some of the best recording artists and songwriters in Nashville. He has also thrown his hat into the producers' circle and feels right at home behind the console.

And for the shoppers, there is a store. Watch for some new and exciting merchandise coming soon. Our Grand Opening is offering Lee Roy's "Hits and Highways". The first 250 people to order Lee Roy's greatest hits CD will receive an autographed copy. Also, everyone should get excited about the bumper-sticker contest which will be coming soon.

Lee Roy still has a very active MySpace page and he encourages everyone to keep those comments and posts coming. He also just started a Facebook fan page.
